Who We Are

Bringing the charm of the Japanese countryside to everyone
SANGA is a communal shared property service provided by the company, Avantis.
It was created as a joint project between a team of Thai and Japanese people who have respect for Japanese culture.
The project aims to create a new base camp for preserving the original landscape of the Japanese countryside, which is facing the problem of an aging population, and to solve various problems in rural areas.
We call the ideal platform for people and things ‘SANGA’ and will continue to strive to help people experience a local lifestyle.

Ran Started the project after learning about Japan’s depopulation problem.
Niran Pravithana is the CEO of Avantis Laboratory (Thailand) Co., Ltd, born in 1978. A Japanophile at heart, Niran travels around the countryside 3-4 times a year in a rented car. He had always hoped to own a second home in the Japanese countryside, but when he learnt about the depopulation problem in recent years, he began this project to see what he could do to contribute to the rural areas of Japan. Having brought his Mother to Japan and enjoyed her experience, he decided to purchase a property close to Shiraito Falls (Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture) as the first house in this project. He is looking forward to enjoying life in the Japanese countryside and interacting with the locals.
